The villas were awarded the prestigeous Bloomberg international architecture award for residential villas.
So that is the basis of the entire setting and concept.
SunCity Aqua is situated at less than a kilometer from the centre of the small village Sogucak, approximately 10km south of the Aegean port city of Kusadasi.
The geographical situation is quite unique. SunCity Aqua has been built on a hill flank overlooking on the left side the mountainous area of Millipark national park and centre and right the Aegean sea with at close distance the Greek island Samos.
SunCity Aqua is an oasis of exlusive peace. 11 villas, each with their own private pool on a site amidst pine trees and olive yards.
A couple of times a month you can see the sheppard with his hurd of sheep less than 100m away and at the same time you can enjoy from each of the five terraces, at three levels, each and every day a million-worth sunset.

If you want to go any further, the Dolmus (local public transport) has a halt in front of the site, and brings you to Kusadasi, Davutlar, Söke, Adaland (aqua park), the Efese amphitheater site, Selcuk (historical castle) or the famous Millipark national park.
The beach is less than 2km away, as are many recreational opportunities such as boating, parasailing or scuba diving.
