Situation:
This pretty villa for 6 persons is situated in a most superb position on the Cala Esmeralda with wonderful sea views from the roof terrace. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the Southeastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away. The heart of this little town is the pedestrian precinct with its boutiques, open air bars, restaurants and cafes. His famous marina is dotted with luxury vessels and large yachts.
The Villa:
Villa Mar Gran is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a cactus style garden to the front door. This in turn opens into a spacious, light and airy comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area with tables and chairs, a perfect spot for outside dining. The compact well fitted kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.
Leading off form the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and has shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second and third bedrooms are off from the opposite side of the living room, the first being a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent. The third bedroom is a childrens room and has a single bed with a pull out and has WC and washbasin en-suite. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added comfort.
Outdoor:
Outside the well furnished split-level terraces overlook the 6x4 metre kidney shaped pool, which has a shallow end for children. Steps lead from here up to the roof terrace, which boasts spectacular views of the sea and its just an ideal venue for that private sunbathing.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
