La Florenzuola is located within a park of 2.500 m2 which is completely enclosed with electric gates. The swimming pool is just 20m from the villa and measures 6 x 12 with a depth of 1.60 m. The pool aera is equipped with deckchairs, sun beds, tables and chairs. The villa has three floors.
