This 50 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor which can be reached by lift. The apartment has a panoramic view over the sea. The building itself has a small shopping center with bars, shops and hotel. This is an exclusive apartment with large windows that brings the ocean into the room, and furthermore it has a large balcony of 10 m2 where you can enjoy your meals. Because of the buildings location, this is also a wonderful and warm area in the winter months. For those who love the sea, this is the perfect place to spend their vacation.
The apartment comprises a living room which enjoys a stunning view over the sea and has access to the balcony. The living room is furnished with a kitchenette with gas oven and a gas stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. In the lounge there is also a dining area, tv, armchairs and a sofa bed.
From here there is access to a corridor where you on the right site will find the bathroom with a washing machine and a view to the sea. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a baby cot and a wardrobe. If desired the double bed can be separated into to single beds. The bedroom has a door that can be combined to apartment Murex, so you can easily rent the two apartments together.
The balcony is equipped with rustic furniture and a parasol. In the wither months the apartment is heated and in the summer months there is air condition.
There is parking on the plot about 300 m from the apartment.
Right outsite the door, you will find the beach, which can be used freely. To the north is “Bagno”, where you can rent loungers and parasols, in the south are a hotel where you can use their pool and facilities against payment.
Final cleaning are included in the rental price as well as the bed linen.
