Location:
"The village Querce" is located in Sorano, a medieval town in the province of Grosseto.
The Village consists of luxury apartments housed in a beautiful park of two hectares, among groves of oak trees.
The apartments are located in villas, newly built and two aligned rows, each with a private entrance, a small private garden for those who are on the ground floor.
Interior:
This apartment is elegantly furnished and refined, with a living room with a comfortable sofa, a kitchen with a dishwasher and two bathrooms. There are also 3 bedrooms -2 with double beds and one with twin beds-, it is also possible to use the double sofa bed (on request, see rates below), to host 8 people in total. The apartment has a satellite TV connection, telephone and internet and two air conditioners.
It also offers a small private garden.
An electronic key provides access to each apartment.
Outside:
Within our village, you will find a swimming pool 8m x 20 (sunbeds and umbrellas), and a playground for children. 3 barbecues are available in the garden.
For your convenience, there is also a tavern with a lovely view of the park, an entirely typical cellar carved into the rock and parking for 80 cars.
The greatest pride of our village is our spa. Its proximity to the hot springs of Saturnia and Sorano Hot Springs makes the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan Maremma. It offers a particularly aromatic mineral whirlpool, a massage center (with a choice of energy, herbs for cellulite, ...).

2 restaurants offer special prices to customers: Ristorante Da Fidalma - 600 m (Sorano) and
Ristorante La Vecchia Fonte - 2 km (S. Quirico).
For your daily needs, there's Minimarket - 500 metri (Sorano) with 10% discount for our customers and the supermarket Pitigliano downtown at 9 km.
Activities abound: archaeological park, bike rental, art classes for children, horse riding (Maneggio Belvedere), golf (SATURINIA).
