Surroundings:
Punta Ala will provide you unforgettable holidays: beaches and cliffs alternate on the beautiful coast, great sunsets, black -headed gulls flying over the transparent sea, but you will also find really nice shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The marina can be reached from the apartment building walking through a small staircase (900m) and there you can have enjoyable evening walks and drink a few cocktails. The shops stay open until 11 p.m. and it is possible that you suddenly see some "Jet Set" people, because they spend their holidays in Punta Ala.
Excursions: In the area around Punta Ala you can find important archeological, historic and interesting routes : Vetulonia Populonia Roselle, an archaeological site, where there are ruins of the glorious Etruscan civilization, the medieval villages of Massa Marittima, Pitigliano, Montalcino, and the nature parks such as Uccellina or Maremma; the beautiful coast of Argentario, or the hot springs Saturnia (50 km).
Interior:
The apartment is located in a modern apartment complex just in front of the famous marina of Punta Ala. In the apartment (70m 2) you will find a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and a nice balcony where you can enjoy cozy dinners. Parking facilities (covered and non-covered parking lot). There is a Jacuzzi and a tennis court.
