Holiday Holiday house for maximum of 5 people.

This little house is located in the southern part of Luberon, between the villages Cavaillon and Senas. Its 55 m2 provide lots of comfort and is nicely decorated. The house can hold up to 4 people in two bedrooms and for the 5. person there is a comfortable sleeping couch in the living room, which can be turned into a normal sofa during the day. The beautiful bathroom has combined bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. In the big kitchen you will find everything you need; dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave oven, suction and a fridge with separate freezer.

The house is situated on the property where the owner also lives and this ensurers that your privacy is not disturbed in any way. The backside of the house faces the house of the owner and these two houses are separated by thick bushes. There are 2 terraces belonging to the house and the whole property is closed with a big gate by the driveway. From the ground (5500 m2) there is a small path leading into the surrounding landscape.

The pool is for common use and secured by a fence for the sake of the children's safety. The pool area consists of a large pool (5x10m), covered veranda and lots of garden furniture like modern sun chairs.

The whole property lies in a peaceful area and the houses owner is keen on the keeping the garden beautiful and crisp. From early spring to late fall you will always find something blossoming.

Mandatory extras (to be paid on arrival):
Cleaning at the end your stay costs 30 euro.
Heating forfait from sept. to may 35,- € per week. (free for the rest of the year).

Optional extras (to be paid on arrival):
Towels 5 € per person.
Bedlinen 8 € per person.
