Holiday House for 6 persons in Carpentras, with a beautiful and well-kept garden and with a large swimming pool (12x7m) for exclusive private use during the stay.

Nice house of 75 m2 in a typical southern French setting with all amenities such as cable / satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD, air condition, washer and dryer and much more. It lies with the owner’s house, on a large and closed and well-kept ground on 6000m2, next to vineyards. A small part of the garden belongs exclusively to the apartment.
Celine has a living/dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed (including one bedroom on the first floor, reached by a steep staircase), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The beautiful terrace is facing south, and is equipped with furniture. The large swimmingpool is available only for the guests of the house, and is heated to 25 degrees during the period April to the end of October.

Carpentras is situated 3 km from the house, and Avignon about 25 km. The areas is the ideal starting point to visit all the surroundings and attractions nearby. Especially we recommend a trip to Mont Ventoux, for the well-trained, who wants to be challenged on the bike.

Mandatory extras (to be paid on arrival):
A deposit of € 200, must be paid upon the arrival and it will be returned approx. 14 days after departure by bank transfer.

Final Cleaning can be ordered for € 40- ordered locally.
