Whether in summer with relaxing walks, mountainbike tours, hiking in the mountains or in winter with perfect ski slopes of over 1000 km length - here wishes for perfect holidays become true !
Only 6 km from famous Kitzbühel you find perfect recreation in our exclusive holidays residence Hahnenkammblick in 1.000 m height with fantastic panorama view of the Hahnenkamm, Fleckalm, Gaisberg, the village Kirchberg (in 630 m height) and in the background the eternally white point of the Großvenediger, with 3.674 m the second highest mountain of Austria.
The residence offers you pure recreation in cosy, individual atmosphere and luxury equipment with the 40 square meter Wellness area with Finnish sauna, experience shower cubicle, Vapour bath, Whirlpool, relaxation couches and Fitness equipment, with ca.100 square meter open living and kitchen area in mediterran design, beyond that you find in the upper floor two bedrooms with double bed, each with own bath and own balcony, a cosy single room with 2 single beds, (an additional setting bed is available) as well as in the mezzanine floor an activity area with Poolbillard, electronic Dart and Pinball. In addition you find a professional table-top football (next door in the heating room). Apart from the fantastic panorama view the large round around terrace offers many beautiful places for easing and staying at each season. In the basement are the double garage and the ski area with ski depot and ski shoe heating. All conditions for a recreative holidays stay for up to 6 persons and a guest (setting bed) are available.
